Bereaved Families Views on the Death of Loved Ones Due to COVID 19: An Integrative Review

Families encounter some issues after the death of their loved one due to COVID-19. Therefore, this study aimed explore family’s views on This integrative review was conducted from May Jan 2021. We searched PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus, Web Science, CINHAL, Magiran, and SID databases. Fifteen studies met inclusion criteria. The results were classified into two categories, including before death. raised ones include no visit absence at time, fear being infected with COVID-19, anxiety, failure perform religious rites death, psychological problems. after-death related funeral, burial, rituals, prolonged grieving, maladaptation, loneliness, repeated mourning. health policymakers should provide support for families.
